Policy 0401.10 Contracts

The Board of Trustees recognizes its duties and responsibilities under Idaho Code regarding contracting with certificated personnel, and directs the Superintendent or designee to develop procedures that address the following matters, including but not limited to:

• Contracting Process and Deadlines
• Work Day

All such procedures will be developed in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
