Policy 0401.18 Certificated Personnel

The Board of Trustees values and appreciates the District's certificated personnel and directs the Superintendent or designee to develop procedures that address the following matters including but not limited to:

  • Personnel transfers
  • Scholarship programs
  • Meetings and Trainings
  • Student teachers
  • Grievances (exclusive of evaluation, renewal, termination or any other matter which may implicate a due-process right).

All such procedures will be developed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, with the goal of ensuring the highest degree of respect for the central role that certificated staff perform in our schools.
