Policy 0402.10 Classified Personnel

The Board of Trustees directs the Superintendent or designee to establish procedures to govern classified personnel, including but not limited to:

• Evaluation
• Resignations, Retirement, Suspension and Dismissal
• Compensation Time
• Fringe Benefits and Salary
• Grievance Procedure
• Work Day

Classified personnel are employed in positions that do not legally require a teaching certificate.
