Policy 0403.40 Hiring and Selection

The Board of Trustees recognizes its obligation to recruit and retain staff for the District, and directs the Superintendent or designee to develop procedures for the selection of personnel including but not limited to the following:

• Qualification and Employment
• Personnel Files
• Military Preference
• Substitute Teachers

Selection processes must comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
