Policy 0403.70 Alcohol, Tobacco and Illicit Drugs

The Board of Trustees prohibits the use or possession of alcohol, tobacco products or illicit drugs while on duty, and directs the Superintendent or designee to establish procedures to address violations of this policy consistent with Idaho law.
