Policy 0403.72 Child Abuse/Neglect

The Board of Trustees recognizes its obligation under Idaho Code 16-1605 to ensure that all employees report to the proper authorities potential instances of, or conditions which would reasonably result in, child abuse, abandonment or neglect and directs the Superintendent or designee to develop procedures to achieve this objective.
