Policy 0403.76 Fingerprinting and Criminal Records Check

The Board of Trustees adheres to Idaho Code 33-130, 33-512 (15, 16), and 33-1208, and directs the Superintendent or designee to establish procedures regarding fingerprinting and criminal history checks for background screening purposes consistent with Idaho law.
