Policy 0801.20 School District Budget

The annual budget is a plan of financial operations developed for the purpose of achieving goals and objectives of the school district. The school budget is a statement of the estimated revenues and expenditures developed to support the immediate and long range goals and established priorities within all areas: instructional, non-instructional and administrative programs.

The Board assigns to the Superintendent, in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer, overall responsibilities for budget preparation, budget presentation and budget administration.
