Policy 0801.50 Budget Adoption and Filing

The annual budget shall be adopted at the public hearing for the budget or at a special meeting held no later than fourteen (14) days thereafter.

The adopted budget is to be summarized into the format prescribed by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction; one copy of the budget, signed by the Chairman of the Board, is to be filed with the Department of Education by the specified time set forth by the Department.
