Policy 1003.40 Teacher Use for Tutorial Services

Professional employees of West Ada School District may rent classroom space for tutoring students during the summer months, under the following conditions:

• Use of classrooms by West Ada School District teachers will generally be restricted to their own regularly assigned classroom. Any exception must be approved by the building administrator.

• Teachers must receive the approval of the building administrator, prior to scheduling specific pupils for tutoring. (Reference Policy No. 403.51)

• A rental fee, payable in advance, shall be charged.

• No heating or air conditioning, nor daily janitorial service will be provided.
